    The Italian almond biscotti that has many different names, but only one exquisite taste. A light and crunchy subtly cinnamon flavored cookie brimming with sliced toasted almonds. Try them either plain or dipped in coffee or vinsanto (sweet Italian dessert wine) or dipping chocolate, you're sure to love them.

    Now a generic name for Italian cookies, the traditional biscotto is a twice baked, hard anise flavored cookie ideal for dunking. Maria also provides the soft version for those who would rather not crunch.

    Also know as "passa tempo" because of how long it takes to find this very hard bagel looking cinnamon swet bread covered sesame seeds. Maria is the only one who still makes these traditional treats for our older friends who remember them from the old country and can't find them anywhere. Thier great taste and light composition has now made them a favorite among our younger crowds also.
