This Sicilian specialty is a light egg dough fried to a golden
brown perfection and filled with either ricotta cheese, whipped
cream or with the more traditional pastry cream and amarena
cherries. This traditional Italian pastry is only available
on Saint Joseph Day - March 19th. After that, youšll have to
wait 364 more days to taste another Zeppolo.
