This week we highlight Tresca

 

The folks at Tresca invite you to join them for dinner and relax while enjoying the romantic atmosphere of a restored old world Tuscan villa will savoring the authentic Italian dishes carefully prepare using only the finest ingredients by chef Jake Pease.
In addition you have the marvelous opportunity to enjoy hard-to-find wines at the Bar and with your meal.  The wine steward is available for assistance with the carte de vin.  Note, they are also winners of The Wine Spectator 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 Awards of Excellence.

Now as to Jake’s favorite dish, its the Tagliatelle Bolognese. This is Tresca’s signature dish and is a traditional northern-style veal and pork ragout with hand-made fresh pasta enriched with pancetta and tomatoes.  Enjoy!
