Sensing’s Italian Flare

Sensing (one of our favorites) is well known for its elegant French menu.  This Saturday, January 15th, chef Gerard Barbin applies his skill “Italian style.”  Barbin will serve a special, four-course Italian inspired menu.  Courses include venison loin with polenta and black currants and truffle tiramisu.
